An enforcement docket is ready every day with the week for all defendants who are sentenced to provide time in jail commencing on a particular day. If your defendant fails to look with the jail on that date, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office notifies the Clerk's Office. The court file is then taken to the sentencing choose for an entry.
